Dear Summer Staff Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in serving at Covenant Pines for the summer season. Whether you have served with us before or this is your first time, we look forward to getting to know you as we discern together God’s plan for this summer’s ministry team. 

Our mission here at Covenant Pines Ministries is to encourage campers to take a next step in the Christian faith. We come alongside campers to help them encounter Christ. Ultimately, we hope all of our campers who come through Covenant Pines Ministries can feel loved, cared for, safe, and have so much fun as they experience God in this place. If you have a passion for helping kids learn and grow with Christ, sharing your faith, and working hard, Covenant Pines Ministries could be where God is calling you this summer. If you wish to apply, here are the things you should know:

1. Fill out the online application in full including all short answer questions. 
2. Upon completing the online application, you will receive an auto email from Covenant Pines about next steps. 
3. Be prepared for an in-person, phone, or video chat interview. We hope to contact you within 1 week of receiving your application to set up an interview.  

We ask our summer staff to be here from the beginning of June to the middle of August. We understand that everyone's spring and fall calendars look a little different, but our deepest hope is to have our full summer staff team here for the duration of this summer season.
